Participation in the "24th Osaka International Gift Show"

ASEAN Promotion Centre on Trade, Investment and Tourism (ASEAN Centre) will participate, for the first time, in the " 24th International Gift Show", which will be held at INTEX OSAKA for 3days from 4 October (Wed.) to 6 October (Fri.), 2000. At this exhibition, we will exhibit splendid gift products from 7 ASEAN member countries, i.e. Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

All of 16 exhibitors, who were recommended by the trade promotion organizations of ASEAN member countries are pleased to introduce a wide range of gift products made from natural materials based on their traditional/sophisticated design and technique. These exhibits are: 1) silk products made from golden cocoon, 2) batik, 3) ikat,  4) embroideries, 5) bags and baskets of rattan and other natural fibers, 6) lighting ornaments, 7) pottery, 8) magnet goods, 9) gift boxes, 10) miniature orchids, etc.

During the show, the ASEAN exhibitors are delighted to assist visitors at the ASEAN Centre booth for any enquiries. (free interpretation services provided)
