<< Notice of the Opening of the General Information Corner and Multi-Purpose Hall>>

　　 The ASEAN-Japan Centre is pleased to announce the opening of its new offices, the General Information Corner (GIC) and the ASEAN-Japan Hall on April 1, 2009.The GIC, which reflects a modern ASEAN image, can serve as a downtown oasis that provides a comfortable space for visitors to get to know ASEAN better while the ASEAN-Japan Hall, a multi-purpose hall, can be used for seminars, workshops, trade exhibitions, cultural events, craft and cooking demonstrations, as well as business meetings, among others.

　　　For seminars and workshops, the ASEAN-Japan Hall can accommodate 160 people in theater style and 102 people in classroom style. Its configuration can be changed by the needs of the users.

　　　The Centre will lease the Hall to its stakeholders in Japan and ASEAN at affordable rates for their activities that are intended to promote ASEAN-Japan relations.

　　　The Centre sincerely welcomes your visit to its new General Information Corner and the ASEAN-Japan Hall.
